It can't spend your money
- Every campaign, ad set and ad it creates starts paused. That's enforced in the code, not a setting.
- Turning an ad on is a separate step that needs your approval of that exact ad.
- Posting, replying to a comment, and changing a budget each need their own approval too.
- Change one number and the approval is void. It has to ask again.
- A fresh install can only read until you turn things on.
Price
The first ten are real. I count them by hand. The monthly covers updates when Meta changes something, and the private group where I answer questions.
If you stop paying, what's installed keeps working. You stop getting updates and you lose the group.
